DI Competitor, 2010-2014 (South Metro Region, St. Mary’s Academy), 2014 Global Finals Champion (Scientific Challenge), DI Teen Leadership Committee Member, 2017-2021 (South Metro Region, Regis Jesuit High School)

Special memories, experiences, etc. related to my time in DI:

Every single memory I’ve had regarding my involvement with DI is a special one, and will all be cherished for years to come. From my competition days, the time I had at Global Finals was incredible and particularly a particularly unique experience, so I’m truly grateful to have had that opportunity. In later years, with the Teen Leadership Committee, the four years of running “DI After Dark” will always stick out to me, as not only was it a perennially fun night to organize, but it taught me invaluable lessons about said organization and management that I find myself applying in a plethora of other applications. As a whole, DI was a formative experience of both my childhood and high school years, that taught me more things than I could ever list here. I wouldn’t have traded it for anything.
