In June 2023, DI Colorado is hosting summer camp. This is a unique camp balancing arts and technology, problem solving and critical thinking, team work and individual talents. You won’t find this experience for your kids anywhere else in Colorado.

The week will be a true-to-DI experience with campers solving a week-long challenge while learning storytelling, staging, prop building and much, much more. Whether they are planning on joining a DI team in the fall or not, the skills they learn this week will enhance all their other activities.

Class Size: Up to 40 Students per class. Destination Imagination Alum and certified teachers will be the camp counselors. All instructors have been vaccinated.

Cost: $250.00 per person.

Where:  Asbury Elementary School, 1320 E Asbury Ave, 80210

When: June 26 – June 30. Incoming 3rd-8th graders are from 9:00 – 12:00. Middle level and Elementary level will be run simultaneously, but have separate counselors. And while they will be working with the same challenge, they will be differentiated for skill level.

Registration: First Come, First Serve basis. Sign up today and pay a $100 deposit, refundable by May 31. 2023. In June, you will receive waivers and paperwork for final enrollment. Remaining fee due by June 12, 2023.

What: Unique camp with a blend of STEM and Arts skills. Teams will complete an open ended challenge. Students will have projects everyday to help them complete the challenge. Students will learn basic technical methods, storytelling and staging. Students will share their solutions on Friday.
